Terms for visiting the LawCast pre-launch website.

Before you readThese pre-launch terms cover the LawCast promotional website. App and paid-service terms will be published before launch. They do not mean the app is available.

1. Website scope

This website introduces LawCast and publishes launch, support and policy information. It is operated by The LawCast team. Use is subject to these terms and applicable law.

There is currently no account registration, purchasing, payment or waiting-list registration on this website. Details, features and launch timing may change. Confirmed information will be announced through LawCast channels.

2. Learning, not legal advice

LawCast aims to help people read, listen to, research and review law. Website information and any examples are not legal advice for individual circumstances, do not create a lawyer–client relationship and are not government announcements.

Before relying on information or making decisions, check official sources and the version in force, and consult an appropriate professional. See the content disclaimer.

3. Acceptable use

You may browse to learn about the service. Do not use the website for unlawful activity, infringement of others’ rights, impersonation, malicious content or interference with security or operation.

To report vulnerabilities or information needing correction, visit Support. Avoid publicly disclosing personal information or vulnerability details.

4. Brand and content

The LawCast name, website elements, designs and media created for the service belong to the operator or relevant rights holders unless stated otherwise. Visiting does not transfer these rights.

These terms do not claim rights over legislation or official content in which we have no rights, or restrict uses permitted by law.

5. Future app and services

This website does not currently sell the app or subscriptions. Confirmed launch pricing and free-trial terms have not been announced. If paid services are offered, prices, billing periods, renewals and cancellation methods will be disclosed before purchase.

The homepage illustration is website artwork, not a screenshot confirming features in a released app.

6. Accuracy and availability

We aim to maintain suitable information but do not guarantee completeness, freedom from errors or uninterrupted access. The website may be updated or temporarily unavailable as needed.

Liability is governed by applicable law. These terms do not remove consumer rights or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. External websites you choose to open have their own terms and policies; review them before use.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The update date appears on this page. Material changes affecting users will be communicated as appropriate before taking effect and will not unlawfully reduce accrued rights retroactively.
